Weekly Classes

Where: Village Green Suite 10, Floyd, VA

Having a hard time fitting into a class schedule? Schedule a class and have a class tailored to your specific needs. Ask questions, instructions on specific asanas of your choice, can broaden to other health related needs. Quality time with yourself and friends!

My yoga classes reflect 25+ years of study in anatomy and physiology as a holistic health practitioner.

Each class is a well rounded experience integrating the following elements:

Vinyasa

Mindful movement (asana)linked with breath (prana). 

Alignment

Anatomy of bone and tissue for safe practicing and development of a quiet mind.

Chinese Five Element Theory

As related to mind, nature and spirit.

Bhakti 
Joyful mood aligned with intention.  

Somatic Awareness 
Following sensations, embodiment principles.

Nada Yoga 
Science of sound vibration through chanting, harmonium, voice, dharma teachings, Sanskrit, silence and musical soundtrack. 

Deep Relaxation 
Resetting the nervous system as informed by polyvagal theory.
